How do I know that the OnlyOz website is secure?

You will notice that our website address starts with https rather than just http.

At the bottom right of your computer screen their should be a little image of a lock.
If you double click on that lock, our security certificate should appear. Please read the certificate.

Do I have to put my Credit Card on the Internet?

You don’t have to!
Many of our customers place their order on our website and choose “Cheque / Money Order” as the method of payment. Then they call us to give their credit card details over the phone.
When you order on our website you can also choose pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Direct Debit, Cheque, Money order, Paypal or Cash when pickup up.

When you “sign in” at OnlyOz.com.au our website automatically starts remembering your order. You can put some products in your shopping basket on one day and keep adding to your order on following days until you are ready to send your order through.

After you have placed your first order you can always go back to previous orders to “Edit & Reorder”.

Delivery

We deliver to ANYWHERE in Australia or the world.

Our website automatically calculates the delivery cost from the weight of your order and your address.

Pick up is also available but please place your order on our website or via phone or fax first.

You can specify delivery time and instructions in the comments section of your order.

Most of our customers work everyday and leave detailed instructions of where they would safely like their parcels left if they are not home.

Ordering: Orders need to be received by 2 pm on a business day to go out that day.

To remove a product from your shopping cart, go to "Shopping Cart" at the very top right hand corner of the page. Click on "remove" products or edit the quantity of a product on your shopping list and then click on "Update" at the bottom of the page.

Most of the products on our website are Australian Made and Australian Owned. Some grocery items are not produced in Australia by any company (Australian or Foreign). When this occurs we have chosen products by companies that are Australian Owned but import produce. We have tried to stock products from companies that are members of Ausbuy - The Australian Companies Institute. Australian owned is very important. Everything on our website is from an Australian Owned company.

• Australian Owned companies pay a higher portion of their turnover as tax (than foreign owned companies).
• Australian companies keep their profits in Australia. Multinationals pay dividends overseas.
• Australian companies have head offices in Australia. With these head offices go senior job opportunities, training stc.
• Australian companies own the export rights of the brands they manufacture.

Made in Australia is good, but Australian owned and made is better.

If you receive your products and you are not happy with them, you may return them. They must not be damaged in any way. They can not have been used, worn, washed and must be in excellent condition. If you return them to us in excellent condition, we will refund your money. We do send orders out of Australia but there is a 10% surcharge to cover the costs of customs requirements. Small light weight items (such as Lucas Paw Paw Ointment) are easy for us to send via International Post. Heavier items are very expensive and often not worthwhile. You can place a test order: To find out what the delivery costs would be, you can choose the products you are interested in and start to go through the ordering process. After you have entered your address, the website will tell you the delivery charge. If you are not happy with this delivery charge you can just close the page and none of your information will be recorded. We try to keep delivery costs to a minimum.

According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), SPC Ardmona is Australian Owned because it is owned by Coca Cola Amitel which primarily has Australian shareholders. That is why SPC is allowed to have "Australian Owned" on their packaging.....I contacted the ACCC about it previously. Ausbuy does not consider them Australian Owned under their terms of reference. However the ACCC says they are Australian Owned, and they manufacture their products in Australia. They employ Australians, pay taxes in Australia and the profits stay in Australia so we decided to stock their products.

Our loose-fill packaging material is Gluten Free and 100% biodegradable.
Just put it on the garden, or in the sink with water, or in the toilet. It is made from aerated Australian corn. Animals and children may play with it. It is not toxic.
Our cardboard boxes are often from recycled cardboard and they are recyclable. We use Australian made and owned recycled paper.
