Just a short note to let you know I have told
many people about your website and how easy it is to order. I know a
couple have taken it up, but will encourage more to do so as it is such a
good idea. I am about to start ordering my fruit and veg as well from
the suggested website. It is so important to support local business, I
feel very strongly about it - haven't stepped inside of a Coles/Woolies shop
for over a year. I get all my things either from you or the local
corner shop - I don't even mind paying that little bit extra if you know the
money is staying here - but you have become extremely competitive - a
further selling point.

I just have to share with you my compost bin
story. Each box I receive from you has the packing material
carefully deposited into my tumble-turn compost bin - that's after I drag my
dogs' noses out of it, that is - they'd eat the lot if they could!
Actually, they did once, but I've wised up to them now and keep it out of
reach and it's no use just throwing it out onto the garden!
Anyhow, my compost had matured nicely and I was
throwing it out onto my garden beds and congratulating myself on how
environmentally 'aware' and clever I was until out popped a rather
disgusting-looking single-serve sample of tomato sauce and a definitely sad
packet of Caredent Dental Floss!
I am now checking through my wheaty bits more
carefully - and checking off my order!
Thanks for this great service - I am thrilled to
be able to support Australian manufacturers without trolling up and down
aisles trying to read labels to find Aussie owned stuff. May you
only get bigger and better.

We do have solutions to all these problems.
a.. You can specify delivery in the comments section of your order.
b.. Our prices for the Earth's Choice products are cheaper than Coles and
Woolworth's. We had then a lot cheaper when we started but ........... They are
still lower than Coles and Woolworths. Please see our "Cheaper Prices"
page. Our prices are not "substantially higher".
c.. The courier who delivers your order does carry the parcel up your stairs to
your front door. Some of them even take the boxes into your kitchen.
d.. Most of our customers work everyday and leave detailed instruction of where
they would safely like their parcels left.

Thanks for your email and I'm very pleased that I can specify a delivery time so
that my order won't need to be left in an open place (and somebody else carries
it up the stairs for me).
Your Earth Choice prices are excellent; no quibbles from me on that point at
all. Not at all surprised by the Woolworths/Coles and Earth Choice price
story. One of the reasons I am trying
to use local businesses and support Australian products etc. is because I'm very
tired of the stranglehold Woolworths and Coles have over our food and household
goods. I don't mind paying
a bit more if it helps to give us all some choice in our grocery shopping.
I clearly hit a nerve with my comment about substantially higher prices and it
wasn't intended to be a criticism; just a
statement of reality. Well, I accept it as reality, but I realise that's
not everybody's view. The whole problem with Woolworths and Coles is that
they have a monopoly and therefore can dictate prices, as they did with you and
Earth Choice. That's just wrong.
Anyway, I think what you're doing is a great thing and I really want to support
your business, and I'm very glad to hear that I can do that.

Been shopping happily with you for a while now and

It is a great way to shop and the kids love it when parcel opening time
begins, I alway wait till they are home from school they would like to see
what treats are there, not to mention the race to outdo each other in chores
to win the coveted 'weekly freebie" I love the convenience of not needing
to go to the supermarket barely at all now and so close to the end of my
pregnancy it is MUCH more comfortable to shop from my chair!
Everything is packed so well and we love the fact not only are we supporting
our Country but it is so educational for the kids to discuss ethical and
patriotic shopping.
Recent China made product scares have highlighted this..the children- this
next generation need to learn that cheap products not only are poor lasting

My husband and I have done a few orders now and we
are very pleased with your very prompt and helpful service. The first order we
received with the onlyoz sticker was stuck to our car straight away and we
hope you get some business from our area.
I'd just like to let you know that personally, my
biggest concern in using your online shopping was that it would cost too much.
So I did my own research. I picked about 15 items that I would usually buy,
and put them through the cart on Only Oz. Then I put the same products (or
close enough) through the cart at Coles Online. I tried Safeway but they
didn't even have half of those items!
So I thought I'd share my findings with you, as I'm sure you'll be pleased. In
the end, it would have cost me more to buy the products through Coles, and
they didn't stock as many Outback Spirit products as Only Oz. The main
difference after this was postage cost. Coles online charge about $5 and I
believe my order with Only Oz came to about $8. Even so, the total was cheaper
with your store and so as far as online shopping goes, I'm happily converted.
I think it's important that you share this kind of information (however you
choose to word it) with your potential customers. Knowing that I'm not
spending a fortune extra on Aussie products, I have no hesitation in shopping
with you. I'm sure others would feel the same way.
